(Last entry 30 minutes before the end time)

Tickets are available every day. There are number restrictions each day. You can book in advance or purchase on the door.

Adult £7 (£6 concessions)

Weekend Super Saver Ticket £13 (£11 concession)

Accompanied Under 18s FREE (Remember to add to your basket, as they count towards our number capacity).

Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  

Concessions are Students, OAPs, registered disabled and those in receipt of benefits. Accompanied carers are FREE.


We can’t wait to welcome visitors back to Craft Festival, Cheltenham in 2021 but we want you to feel safe and be assured we are working hard to make the event Covid secure for all our visitors, exhibitors and staff.  


  • All Tickets can be BOOKED ONLINE in advance and purchased on the door. Numbers on each day will be limited. 
  • There will be a one way system operating in the Cheltenham Town Hall, with separate entry and exit points.
  • We would like you check in using the NHS Test and Trace QR code. We are also required to keep your contact details until 21 days after the Festival to provide for NHS Test & Trace if necessary.  After this time we will delete your data unless you have signed up for our newsletters. 
  • Children (accompanied by an Adult ticket holder) under 18 are FREE, but as they count towards our overall visitor capacity please register them by adding additional tickets to your basket.

We ask Visitors:

  • Please do not attend if you or members of your household have had symptoms of Covid in the last 14 days.
  • We ask you to wear face coverings at all times except when eating at tables or if you are medically exempt. You may wish to download a Government Exemption badge to avoid any misunderstandings.  Exemption badge for Mobile Phone  Exemption from face Covering badge to print
  • Please observe social distancing at all times. Keep a 2m space around you when in queues or in stands, and a minimum of 1m when around the festival. This may mean you need to be patient at pinch points such as the entrance and around the Cafe.
  • On arrival please sanitise your hands at the entrance. Sanitiser stations will be available around the venue. We also recommend you bring your own sanitiser.
  • You will be required to wear a wristband at the festival. This will be handed to you by one of our Front of House staff. They will assume you would prefer put it on yourself but are happy to help. They will be wearing appropriate gloves and facecoverings and/or behind a protective screen.  

What we’re doing:

  • You will find sanitiser stations around the venue. There is also handwashing facilities in the toilet areas. 
  • Frequent disinfecting of the tables, touch points and seating around the event.
  • There will be a well signed posted one way system around the venue. 
  • Our staff and stewards will be available to help you with directions and monitor crowd capacity
  • We encourage all our Exhibitors to take contactless payments wherever possible.
  • All exhibitors will be wearing face covering or have a screen in front of their stand. 

Accessibility at The Festival

There is a a long, ramp which leads you to the main entrance of the Town Hall.

All activities are on one level, except for the Children's activities which are up four steps on the stage. 

Guide & Hearing Dogs are welcome. Carer/Assistant enters event free of charge.

Chairs are situated throughout the event.
